🔐 Use of Google User Data

Aura Empower’s Energy Leadership Assessment uses Google services in limited, clearly defined ways:

• Google Sheets (/auth/spreadsheets) – securely stores and processes your assessment responses. Data remains private in Aura Empower’s Google Workspace and is not shared externally.

• Gmail/MailApp (/auth/script.send_mail) – sends your personalized Energy Leadership Blueprint results directly to the email address you provide.

• User Info (/auth/userinfo.email) – confirms your email identity so results can be delivered securely to the correct account.

✅ We do not access your Google Drive, Docs, or Gmail contents

🛡️ Security

We use secure infrastructure and OAuth protocols to protect your data. All assessment data is stored in encrypted Google Sheets, accessible only to authorized Aura Empower accounts within our secure Workspace environment. No information is sold or shared with third parties. User data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver insights and support follow-up. You may request deletion at any time.
